Asphalt Resurfacing & Overlays

If your asphalt is showing its age but the base underneath is still solid, an overlay is often the right call. We mill or clean the existing surface, repair any areas where the base has failed, and pave a new layer of fresh asphalt on top. You get a surface that looks and performs like new at a fraction of full replacement cost. We'll be honest with you about whether an overlay makes sense or whether you need a full tear-out. If the base has failed — if you see alligator cracking or large sinkholes — an overlay won't fix it and we'll tell you that upfront. Overlays are popular for aging commercial lots and driveways that are structurally sound but visually worn. Most jobs take one to two days depending on the size.
