Seal Coating & Crack Repair
Seal coating is the lowest-cost thing you can do to make asphalt last longer. It blocks water from seeping into the surface, protects against UV damage, and makes cracks and potholes less likely. We recommend it every two to three years for most driveways.
Before we seal, we clean the surface and fill any cracks that have opened up. Skipping the crack fill and just sealing over them is a shortcut we don't take — water gets in through cracks and breaks down the base from underneath.
Most residential seal coat jobs are done in a few hours. We rope off the area and let you know when it's safe to drive on it — usually 24 hours in normal temperatures.
